One trap. One truth. One tool.

Getting STUCK is an inevitable part of life.

It doesn’t matter who you are, what you do, or how educated you are – we all get STUCK at some point, often multiple times. It doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re human.

And people get STUCK in every imaginable area of life – in jobs they want to leave, in unfulfilling relationships, in problems they can’t seem to solve…

When you’re STUCK, there’s a sense of stagnation, a lack of clarity, direction and momentum. And it’s frustrating, often triggering stress, anxiety, or even depression.  

And as I tell my clients all the time – I still get STUCK too.

I’m not immune to it. I’ve just learnt how to get UNSTUCK faster. 

Recently, I’ve felt STUCK with this newsletter. I’ve been sending it out weekly for almost two years, but lately something’s felt off.

Too often, we keep going simply because we think we should – but I’ve learnt to pause and ask: what needs to change?

Success doesn’t come from standing still, and it’s not found in what feels comfortable or easy – it requires experimentation, exploration, experience. There will always be periods of adjusting and evolving. Any person, business, relationship or idea that’s achieved something great has gone through these phases, and often multiple times. So that’s what I am doing now.

From today, I’m simplifying the newsletter.

No more fluff – just short, punchy insights you can use straight away.

Deeper reads will still go on my website, and I’ll let you know when they are live.

Most people stay STUCK because they focus on what they can’t control – other people, external circumstances they can’t change, past events – instead of what they can control: their mindset, habits, and behaviours.

That’s where change actually happens.

The story you tell yourself becomes the story you live.

If you don’t believe something is possible in your mind, you’ll never experience it in your life.


ONE TOOL

Write down one clear thing you want to achieve in the next year.

Not vague goals like “get healthier” or “change jobs” – be specific:

Who do you work for? What’s your title? How much do you earn?

Or – How often do you work out? What does your diet look like? How do you feel in your body?

Without clarity, you can’t move with purpose and intention.

Clarity conquers confusion.

If you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll stay STUCK where you are.
